"Generic drug maker Barr Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NYSE:BRL) on Wednesday confirmed it is challenging a patent held by biopharmaceutical company Encysive Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:ENCY) for blood-clotting injection Argatroban.
